Jonathan Toews Doesn't Look Like Himself During Post-Game Interview
After missing over a month due to an illness, Jonathan Toews returned to the Chicago Blackhawks' lineup on Saturday night and looked great. In his return, Toews recorded an assist in the Blackhawks' 6-3 loss against the Devils.
Toews' return was a welcome sight for the Blackhawks and their fans, as the team has struggled in his absence. The captain's leadership and skill on the ice were sorely missed, and his return could provide a much-needed boost for the team as they push for a upcoming rebuild.
However, Toews seemed off during his post-game interview, appearing "blah" and distant. He later revealed that he is still dealing with lingering symptoms from his illness, but reassured fans that he is feeling better overall.
Regardless of his post-game demeanour, Toews' return to the ice is a positive development for the Blackhawks as his leadership and presence on the ice will undoubtedly be a key factor in the team's success moving forward.
