NHL Ads Making Jerseys Worse as The Stanley Cup Jerseys Look Bad
It's concerning that the NHL is prioritizing adding more advertisements to helmets, jerseys, and even the boards, despite claiming financial difficulties. Is there no limit to how low they will stoop?
Even as one of the NHL's biggest media partners, Barstool criticizes their actions, the league seems unfazed.
Putting the Stanley Cup patch on the left side to make room for an ad is a crime

Spittin' Chiclets recently shared a photo of
Matthew Tkachuk's Stanley Cup Final jersey, which now features yet another advertisement placed over the Captain's C.
It's becoming overwhelming how much society is bombarded by advertisements, and it's reasonable to question the NHL's audacity to continue doing this despite fan backlash. It's just another example of the league's poor practices under the leadership of Gary Bettman.
