Hurricanes Coach Gets Asked A Huge Uncomfortable Question on LIVE TV
The Carolina Hurricanes vs the New York Rangers series has been quite boring as it has been very predictable each and every game. The teams exchanged a home ice win for a home ice win, and a away loss for a away loss- all the way up until now where we have a game seven between the two.
In game 6, the Rangers were in a do-or-die scenario, needing a huge win to force a game 7 and keep their season alive. The Rangers sure made it known they were on their last string, coming out banging up 3-0 on the Hurricanes, exposing goaltender Anti Raanta.
Raanta was then pulled and the Hurricanes Russian rookie goaltender took the ice, after Raanta was pulled a ESPN reporter came up to the Hurricanes head coach to ask him a question about no other then.. Anti Raanta, while Raanta was right in front of the interview happening it made quite the awkward situation.
