It wasn't a very good year to be a Philadelphia Flyers fan this season finishing dead last in the Metropolitan Division finishing the year with a 25-46-11 record.
However things are looking up for the Flyers who get to pick 5th at the upcoming NHL draft from Montreal.
Fans also received some amazing news as Oskar Lindblom reveals he's cancer he's now been cancer free for two years.
Lindblom has been a fan favorite and was a inspirational story gives fans a sense of hope for the future. Lindblom is going into his final year of his current $9 million dollar contract that pays him $3 million dollars annually.
