The Chicago Blackhawks welcomed new Chicago Bears Head Coach Ben Johnson to the United Center Sunday, as he rang the horn before the start of the game against the Flyers.

The Chicago Blackhawks are finishing the weekend with a game against another bottom-dwelling team, the Philadelphia Flyers, and Head Coach John Tortorella.
Charlie Roumeliotis of WGN Radio who covers the Blackhawks captured the moment in the United Center when excited fans everywhere welcomed Johnson into the fold of Chicago sports.
He would ring the horn before the game, and his arrival has brought hope to the Bears faithful who have seen them underachieve with Matt Eberflus.
Johnson's hire is one that is of hope, as the team has the building blocks of a successful team with Caleb Williams in the Quarterback position.
The team has been busy during free-agency in the hope they can turn around the team this season and into a winning record.
Johnson's hype with the Chicago Bears has a resemblance to what Interim Coach Anders Sorensen could do with the Blackhawks as a team.
The Blackhawks have a generational talent in Connor Bedard to build around and acquire top talent in the NHL during free agency.
Sorensen seemed like a wunderkind in the AHL but hasn't been able to perform to expectations as we've seen.
20-42-9, and still 8th in the Central Division.
Considering how successful he's been with the same players in the AHL, you'd think he'd be able to stay on that path.
However, we cannot say that Johnson's path in the NFL will be different, or the same. But thankfully the Eberflus era in Chicago is over 14-32, and a .304 winning percentage.
Can Ben Johnson be the solution to the Bears' woes?
It seems Anders Sorensen wasn't the answer for the Blackhawks, and could lead to a change in leadership in July, hopefully with someone like David Carle.
