The Tri-City Americans have issued a health update following a Frightening scene involving an NHL prospect which resulted in the game being canceled on March 12th

Gut-wrenching news was revealed following the cancellation of the Tri-City Americans game this past Wednesday, following a fight between NHL Utah Hockey Club prospect Terrell Goldsmith.
We now have more information to share on the incident, involving a statement from the team after the injury.
The 19-year old NHL draft pick, by the Arizona Coyotes, was hospitalized following a toe-to-toe tilt against his opponent, the scene was frantic and involved such graphic injuries that cannot be shown on the web.
Goldsmith remained unconscious, resulting in fans from the arena being directed to exit the game.

Update released on Terrell Goldsmith

The Tri-City Americans have took to social media on several occasions to update their fan base, who experienced such a terrifying scene.
The latest update is the most important of them all.
The team revealed that Goldsmith was released from the hospital and is resting at home, while continuing to be monitored by the medical staff of the Tri-City Americans, view their statement below:
"An update on Americans defenseman Terrell Goldsmith:

Terrell Goldsmith was released from hospital last night and is currently resting at home. He will continue to be monitored by the Americans medical staff. The Tri-City Americans sincerely thank everyone for their kind words and support of Goldsmith over the past few days."
We would like to send our biggest wishes to Terrell, as he recovers from this devastating injury.
