It has been recently revealed that the Utah Hockey Club has reportedly chosen the organization's new nickname and is expected to make an official announcement soon.
This organization has been a huge talk in the hockey world as of late, with misleading direction of what this team will be called, an update has recently been revealed regarding Utah's new and improved name.
The Utah Hockey Club's new name has ultimately been left in the hands of their fan-base, although the organization has been warned of the risks of such an endeavour, SEG is embracing the challenge.

However, just this week, it has been suggested the Utah's fan-base has secured a nickname.

Basketball John, the founder of SLC Dunk, a site that covers the NBA's Utah Jazz, revealed on social media that there was three names that fans had the option to vote on; Utah HC, Outlaws and Mammoth, and it was reported that the only application for the Mammoth trademark has received an extension.
