Jaromir Jagr may have left the NHL a few years ago, but he has not retired yet. For the past five years, the Czech forward played for Kladno in the Czech Hockey League. Last season, the 50-year-old scored 8 goals and 11 assists. Although many thought Jagr would never stop playing hockey, the time may have finally come.

Last weekend, Jaromir Jagr revealed in an interview with a Czech media that he is focusing on his duties as the owner of the Kladno Knights. He also stated that he has no desire to go back on the ice at the moment.

"To be honest, I don't even feel like it. Only if the Winter Classic, which I promised, was still to be held, I would probably have to force myself to go play. Otherwise, it doesn't pull me back at all, " Jagr said.

For the first time in his career, the future Hall of Famer said he is not motivated to continue.

"But really - right now I don't have the motivation and I don't even feel like it. I would have to sacrifice a lot. Diet, regeneration, training, " he said.

Jagr's retirement would be the end of an incredible career for the right winger. During his NHL career, he played for nine teams (the Pittsburgh Penguins, Washington Capitals, New York Rangers, Philadelphia Flyers, Dallas Stars, Boston Bruins, New Jersey Devils, Florida Panthers, and Calgary Flames). Jagr was awarded the Art Ross Trophy five times, won the Hart and Bill Masterton Trophies. Jaromir Jagr certainly left his mark on many generations of hockey fans.

By the way, here you can see how Jagr looked when he made his professional field hockey debut for Kladno as a 16-year-old!
