We had a little bit of controversy during Fridays game between the Ottawa Senators and visiting Carolina Hurricanes from the Canadian Tire Centre.
During the game the Hurricanes were coming into the Senators zone for a scoring opportunity when it appears on video that former Blackhawk Alex DeBrincat pushed Hurricanes forward Seth Jarvis into goaltender Cam Talbot.
The puck would also go in the net and the Senators would claim it was goaltender interference.
After being reviewed by the NHL it was deemed a good goal. The NHL has been criticized on their incompetent over the way some goals are counted while others have been over turned, personally I think this was a goal as DeBrincat caused it by pushing Jarvis into Talbot.
Here are two videos of the goal from different perspectives check them out and give us your thoughts in the comments.
Do you think it was a good goal?
