Multiple former Chicago Blackhawks players, and even a goaltender, have surfaced on NHL waivers amongst a 14-player group on October 1st.
The Chicago Blackhawks may want to take a look at who's surfaced on NHL waivers on October 1st.
After missing out on September 30th's opportunity of a a group of 22 players which included a former 10th overall pick, the Blackhawks could redeem themselves with a former 11th overall pick in Logan Brown, who's now on NHL waivers.

Why Logan Brown makes sense for a Chicago Blackhawks waiver claim
Drafted 11th overall in 2016, Brown has not had an actual full-time NHL opportunity since; his potential has been blocked by aging veterans throughout his time in the Ottawa Senators and St. Louis Blues organizations and most recently the Los Angeles Kings'.
An acquisition by the Blackhawks could allow Brown to unlock his full potential as a late-blooming 27-year-old forward, who once put up a 74-point-season in the Ontario Hockey League.
