Chicago Blackhawks receive backlash for officially removing their historic team logo from player area
The Chicago Blackhawks ownership is receiving backlash on social media for removing the team logo from the locker room.
As an Original Six franchise, the Chicago Blackhawks are one of the most storied organizations in the League, and the way things happen there is seen, considered, and respected by other teams, even some in other sports.

What also deserves to be highlighted is the new center ice logo at United Center. Ahead of the
Centennial season, the organization decided to change the logo on the ice for one made especially for the historic season.
Per Chicago Blackhawks reporter Charlie Roumeliotis:
Further stories about the Chicago Blackhawks will come. Stay tuned.
