The Chicago Blackhawks appear to have made decisions on players like Kevin Korchinski, Nick Lardis, and Nolan Allan when it comes to spots on the roster.
The roster is starting to come together for the Chicago Blackhawks, who still have plenty of decisions to make for who gets the final roster spots before next month's season opener.
During a practice today, the Blackhawks separated their players into NHL and AHL groups, and among the AHL players on the ice were Kevin Korchinski, Nolan Allan and Nick Lardis.
Per analyst Ben Pope, those 3 players appear to be the ones who will be sent back down to the Rockford IceHogs.

Multiple Blackhawks players still need to be sent to the AHL
Korchinski, who is 21 and was taken with the 7th overall pick in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft by the Blackhawks, played in 76 games for Chicago in 2023-24 and had 15 points (5G, 10A) in 76 games.
He spent most of last year with the IceHogs and had 27 points (3G, 24A) in 56 games.
Allan was taken 32nd overall by the Blackhawks in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft and played in 43 games with the Blackhawks last year and had 8 points (1G, 7A).
Lardis was taken with the 67th overall pick by the Blackhawks in the 2023 NHL Entry Draft, and played most of last year with the Brantford Bulldogs of the OHL; he had 117 points (71G, 46A).
