The Chicago Blackhawks have delivered a questionable injury update on superstar forward Frank Nazar ahead of facing the Detroit Red Wings on Sunday.
The Chicago Blackhawks have a monumental task today, and that is to defeat the Detroit Red Wings.
The matchup will take place in Little Caesars Arena, and the Blackhawks may have to do this short-handed.
According to Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times, the Blackhawks player will be a game-time decision.
Which isn't great for a team that has been playing lights-out hockey lately, with
Connor Bedard leading the way.
The Blackhawks face the Detroit Red Wings at 12 P.M. CT/1 P.M. EST on the NHL Network.
The Chicago Blackhawks will be without Frank Nazar
His absence will leave the team without another weapon on the ice against the Detroit Red Wings, led by Todd McLellan, who are third in the Atlantic Division and one of the best teams in the NHL.
Now, Connor Bedard will have to lead the team into enemy territory, as the Original Six matchup begins today at 12 P.M. CT.
The former 13th overall pick in 2022 made the team out of training camp and has been one of many bright spots in the team's lineup.
