The Chicago Blackhawks could part ways with Lukas Reichel and Connor Murphy, according to DailyFaceOff's Frank Seravalli.

The Chicago Blackhawks have two players listed on the DailyFaceOff's latest trade target list. The list is often updated during the new cycles, and as trades manifest or speculation begins regarding one player or another.
For the Chicago Blackhawks, the goal is to get back into the winning culture and push forward to the next phase of the rebuild in the NHL.
That could mean trading two players whom we'd never expect to be moved.
With a dismal record of 25-46-11, the Blackhawks finished 8th in the Central Division.
They also required assets to trade with and to acquire NHL talent and prospects. That's where these two Blackhawks players could come into play.
Connor Murphy has been a mainstay in the organization and has earned himself a leadership role during his time here. Murphy's name here may come as a surprise, or maybe not. He could be a rental for a contending team next season, with 1-year left on his deal, or with another rebuilding organization that could use the leadership.
He played 68 games for the Blackhawks this season, scored 19 points (2-17), and could be pushed out with the arrival of Sam Rinzel, Artyom Levshunov, and Alex Vlasic in the lineup.

Lukas Reichel

Reichel experienced a brief resurgence thanks to the leadership of Pat Maroon this season. He'd take him under the wing on the fourth line and impart confidence, and a linemate who could give him some space to work.
However, his production was subpar, and he was a healthy scratch for some time this season. It's not unreasonable to think his time here is over.
In 70 games played with the Blackhawks this season, he scored 22 points (8-14) and makes $1.2 million AAV.
A fresh start for the former 1st-round pick may help rejuvenate his career in the NHL.
