That Frolik penalty shot 🤤

The scoring opened up with a beautiful backhand power-play goal by Marian Hossa for the Blackhawks, but the Wings' Patrick Eaves quickly tied the game 5v5. Joakim Andersson followed up with another goal in the 2nd period, putting the Wings ahead 2-1.

However, the Blackhawks were determined to force a game 7. In the 3rd period, they turned on all cylinders and scored by committee. Bryan Bickell, Michal Handzus, and Michael Frolik all contributed goals to put the team over the top, despite Damien Brunner's last goal attempt to cut the score by only one goal.

The Blackhawks' collective effort was essential to their victory that night. Jonathan Toews, Duncan Keith, Marian Hossa, and Niklas Hjalmarsson all made contributions that helped lead the team to their eventual Stanley Cup win in 2013.
