Dylan Larkin to conceivably receive suspension after hit results in brawl between Blackhawks and Red Wings
The Chicago BlackHawks are facing the Detroit Red Wings in both teams' first preseason game of the year Wednesday night.
Both teams known to have a historic rivalry which is on and off the ice.
With players trying to prove their all in this preseason to make their National Hockey League rosters, it comes with high intensity play from both sides.
Wednesday night featured a brawl between the Chicago Blackhawks and Detroit Red Wings following a hit to the head on Blackhawks prospect forward AJ Spellacy.
After the hit took place the referee immediately threw his hand in the air, but that wasn't enough discipline for the high-head hit that was delivered.
