Three-Time Stanley Cup winner, and Blackhawks legend, Patrick Kane has sold his $2.11 million condo in Trump Tower for sale.

Patrick Kane has sold off an asset he's owned in the Trump Tower.
The former Blackhawk sold one of the condos in the International Hotel & Tower.
The condo is a generous 3,102 square foot unit on the building's 69th floor.
Kane doesn't have much use for the condo in the Trump Tower, considering he now plays for the Detroit Red Wings. He's been considered one of the greatest American-born hockey players in the NHL, and has played 1,300 games in the NHL, with 17 20+ goal seasons during his career.
He's always owned property in the Trump Tower, he paid $2.06 million in 2008 for a condo on the 33rd floor of the building. He still owns that unit, but is divesting from the unit on the upper part of the tower.
Kane utilized an land trust that would conceal his identity in 2016 to buy the unit on the 69th floor for $3.1 million.
He'll end up having taking a signficant loss to part ways with the condo, he first listed the unit for $3 million in May 2024, would decrease it significant to $2.7 million (in November) and cut it to $2.5 million ( in February).
Kane finalized a deal in March to sell the unit at a price of $2.11 million. Kane's mother, Donna, would confirm the unit to be sold in an interview with Elite Street but wouldn't go into any further details.
While Kane is no longer a player for the Chicago Blackhawks, he retains multiple properties around the Chicago and Detroit areas.
It's quite clear he's re-signing with the Detroit Red Wings this off-season, as he has voiced his willingness to recently.
In 2022, he spent $5 million for a five-bedroom house in the Greek-revival style, close to Lake Michigan, in Lake Forest.
He owns a condominium on the 25th floor of the building at 9 W. Walton Street in Chicago he bought in 2019 for $4.6 million.
