Former Blackhawks fan favorite Max Domi has been hit with unfortunate personal news with the passing of his grandfather, and he posted a special tribute in his memory.
Former Chicago Blackhawks forward Max Domi has unfortunately experienced a personal loss with the passing of his grandfather Harold.
Domi, who is now with the Toronto Maple Leafs, posted a special tribute to his departed grandfather on social media.
"Grampy. I'm going to miss you more than anything. The pain knowing I won't be able to call you and hear you say I love you too Max before hearing nana say Harold let me talk to him.

Max Domi briefly played for the Blackhawks
Domi has played for multiple organizations before joining the Toronto Maple Leafs, which is the same team that his father, Tie Domi, played for during his own playing career.
Domi played the 1st 3/4 of 2022-23 with Chicago before being traded to the Dallas Stars at the Trade Deadline.
During Domi's time with the Blackhawks, he had 49 points (18G, 31A) in 60 games played.
