Pat Maroon and Michael McCarron engage in a tilt at center ice that ignites the United Center

The Nashville Predators' start to the game has been dismal, as Juuse Saros gave up one goal to Craig Smith, giving him his 3rd goal of the season.
Just as the game was put to a halt due to icing, it looked as if Michael McCarronwas doing his best to rally the Predators.
He thought fighting Pat Maroon, now a seasoned enforcer and grinder in the NHL would be a great idea.
Maroon would grab McCarron's collar and use his jersey against him, giving him a flurry of jabs in order to gain an advantage on the young NHLer.
But McCarron would quickly fold, as quick as Saros did as he would fall on the ice as the bout would only last 17 seconds at most past the icing call.
McCarron would attempt to use the deception to the best of his abilities, switching up his and Maroon's position as he was ready to pummel him.
But not before officials would step in and shut down the tilt.
For all intents and purposes, it looks to me as if the Predators in all areas have been outplayed, outworked, and are looking weak tonight.
The fight happened at 10:12 into the 1st period, and didn't deliver the jolt on ice as McCarron has hoped, as the team is still down 1-0, and the Blackhawks are still buzzing.
