Marc-Andre Fleury delivers low-blow shot that really proves just how ugly his time with the Blackhawks was
Former Chicago Blackhawks goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury has released a limited edition vodka featuring the NHL teams he played for, but there is one team missing.
Goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury has decided to call it a career and will eventually be inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame, as he's currently ranked 2nd overall in wins by an NHL goalie with 575.
He announced that this year was going to be his last in the NHL, and he's now ready to hang up the pads after having also recently
competed for the Canadian squad in the 2025 IIHF World Championships.
Fleury has also released a special, limited edition vodka in his home province of Quebec featuring bottles for the teams that he played for during his career, the Pittsburgh Penguins, Vegas Golden Knights, and Wild.
But fans noticed that one team was missing - the Chicago Blackhawks. Fleury was infamously traded (apparently without notice) to the Blackhawks in the summer of 2021 after winning the Vezina Trophy with Vegas, and allegedly learned of the deal on Twitter.
Fleury would play 45 games for the Blackhawks in 2021-22, going 19-21-5 with a 2.95 GAA and .908 SV%.

Marc-Andre Fleury won his 500th career NHL game with the Blackhawks
While his time in Chicago was relatively short, Fleury did pick up an amazing accomplishment while with the Blackhawks.
He won his 500th career NHL game in December 2021 and did so against his hometown Montreal Canadiens, which made the achievement all the more special for him.
