Maroon tallied three Stanley Cups in his career, playing a vital role on various contending teams' fourth line, which is crucial for the playoffs.
While his 323 career points in 848 career games played in the National Hockey League is not exactly Hall of Fame worthy, his veteran leadership certainly is.
Sadly for Maroon, he was healthy scratched in the final stretch of his career by
the Blackhawks coaching staff.
He still managed to make the most out of it before embracing life away from hockey and as a full-time father.
Congratulations on a great career and your recent off-ice celebration of a new little one!
