Chicago Blackhawks forward Paul Ludwinski, who was acquired with the 39th overall pick in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft, could soon be forgotten within the organization.

Forward Paul Ludwinski was taken by the Chicago Blackhawks with the 39th pick in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft while he was playing for the Kingston Frontenacs in the OHL.
But he has yet to play a single game with the Blackhawks in the regular season, and has instead spent all of his time in the organization with the AHL affiliate Rockford Ice Hogs.
It may be a bit mistake by Kyle Davidson.
He didn't impress this year in Rockford, scoring only 12 points (7G, 5A) in 65 games played. It was a major drop-off in production from playing in the OHL when he had 69 points (23G, 46A) in 60 games with the Frontenacs.
He also didn't help his case when he was made a healthy scratch late in the year when he missed a mandatory team meeting.
Per analyst Todd Welter of Blackhawk Up, Ludwinski could soon become Blackhawks GM Kyle Davidson's first real draft bust.
Ludwinski must produce better, or there is a good chance he gets lost in the prestige among his fellow prospects. Davidson has built up a strong prospect pool with three more strong drafts.

He can easily get passed by by other forwards Davidson has drafted.

Paul Ludwinski was taken in the 2nd round of the 2022 NHL Entry Draft

His scouting report via Elite Prospects describes him as "mechanically sound".
Overall, he's a mechanically-sound player. He pushes his knees over toes, finishes most strides, owns a properly leveraged outside leg wrister, and lets his top hand move across his body while handling the puck. Without the puck, he's a relative advanced thinker, showing anticipation, foresight, and a high motor. He pops into space at the right times, flares wide in transition to get open, delays and adjusts his course when necessary, etc.

There's time for Ludwinski to turn things around, but he'd better do it fast if he wants to remain in the Blackhawks' organization.
