Sad news plagues the hockey world this June
The hockey community was hit with sad news in June and a deeply saddened report, Russian player Roman Zyryanov has passed away at the age of 18.
According to reports, Zyranov was struck by a train. The 18-year old played multiple seasons with the Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod program.
14-year-old Rulvan Bazhenov, apart of the Torpedo system as well, was struck by a train on May 15th.
This month, June, being men's mental health month, is more important than just social media posts. If you are struggling, reach out to anyone, or dial 9-8-8 to speak with someone.
