Heartbreak for Dylan Strome..

There are few things worse than the loss of a pet. Our hearts are with Dylan Strome and his family after losing their 2 year old Golden Retriever, Wrigley, yesterday.
According to Wrigley's Instagram, run by Strome's fiancée, Taylor, he had developed sepsis on Friday after spending 4 days at the vet last week for surgery.
Wrigley was adopted as a puppy in January, 2020, has over 20K followers on Instagram, and was beloved by the entire Chicago Blackhawks community. He was mentioned quite often by Dylan, especially about what an important part he played in Strome's support system during the pandemic, and his struggles earlier this season. «You come in and he's just so happy to see you. He doesn't know what's going on. He's happy, 24/7. It's always nice to come home to that and see a big smile on his face. It makes you forget about hockey for a little bit.»
