Sean Higgins, driver who drunkenly killed Gaudreau brothers breaks silence

The driver, Sean Higgins' statement was shared by the police in a statement following the crime scene and according to court documents, how much the 43-year old drank.
"The New Jersey resident failed a blood alcohol test at the scene of the crash, according to the New Jersey news outlet, confirming that his drinking contributed to his impatience and reckless driving."

He has been charged accordingly, with two counts of causing death with a vehicle.
"The officer who arrived at the scene detected "a strong odor of alcohol" on his breath, according to the criminal complaint obtained by The Post.
Higgins allegedly told the officer he had drunk "five to six beers" before the fatal crash. He also allegedly admitted that he thought the SUV was trying to block him and that his drinking was exacerbating his impatience and reckless driving.
Gaudreau is survived by his wife Meredith and two children, Noa, 1, and Johnny, 6 months.
Higgins failed a sobriety test at the scene, cops said."
