Patrick Kane returns to Chicago and is mentoring a young Blackhawk
Patrick Kane still has a home in Chicago in Lake Forest, Illinois and it's obvious with the recent purchase, he's not done here.
It's apparent that he offseasons in Chicago as well, as the former Blackhawks superstar was seen skating with the boys.
Kane was seen practicing with
Frank Nazar and could be there to help give the young center, some tips and tricks for the upcoming NHL season.
Kane is returning to Detroit when the season starts and will want to push the Red Wings into the playoffs. He played 51 games with the Red Wings last season, after signing there after the season began. He score 47 points, with linemates
Alex DeBrincat, and
Dylan Larkin.
Frank Nazar spent the majority of 2023-2024 with the University of Michigan, scoring 41 points in 41 games, while playing 3 games with the Blackhawks scoring his 1st NHL goal at the end of the season.
This season Nazar is going to start in the AHL, as the Blackhawks have loaded up with talent during free-agency.
Nazar would be wise to poke and prod Kane for any kind of wisdom he drops, as he is now one of the Blackhawks' future stars.
