"He's not really...he's still a young kid and he's got some experience in the League and he's probably understanding a little bit more of what to expect on a nightly basis, whether it's the defense he's playing against, or the schedule, or the travel, or maybe how to take care of your body throughout the year.
There were some phases when I was younger where you feel like you hit a bit of a wall, and it might be 5, 6, 7 games, but you don't want that slump. It hurts your production and your numbers, hurts how you're helping the team. I think we've all seen him play enough where he's got moments in the game when he has the puck and makes plays where you're like, 'Okay, not many guys can do that.'
I think he's got a really bright future."
