Connor Bedard's mental health in question after head coaches newest comments
The organizations losing ways has discouraged Connor Bedard, with losses stacking up game by game,
Chicago Blackhawks head coach Anders Sorensen has addressed an honest message about the former first overall picks current morale.
There seems to be no escape for Connor Bedard and the dwelling Blackhawks, who sit as the second worst team in the NHL.
Bedard still leads the roster in points, but with
multiple 10-minute misconducts in the month of March, his emotions seem to be trending downhill, and it's not getting better.
Sorensen comments on Bedard's morale
The Blackhawks head coach has admitted that is is weighing on him lately, and concerns now raise for the young stars' mental health.
«He's frustrated a little bit, pressing. Especially with a player of his caliber, he expects to score and is on the spotlight constantly. But just trying to get him to trust his instincts and make the plays he sees but don't force things at the same time.»

Bedard's mental health is concerning fans
Fans have expressed their concern for the 19-years olds mental health as of late.
"I'm actually genuinely so concerned about Connor Bedard's mental health and I really want to know what the league is going to do for him and how we can get him out of Chicago"

One even stated Bedard is 'two games away' from being checked into a mental health facility, which is quite far fetched, but underlines the battle the 19-year old must be facing in a bottom-dwelling organization.

Before going into year two with the Blackhawks this season, Bedard was already mentally exhausted, according to the former first overall pick during an
interview.
"I feel, mentally, I was a little more tired going into camp last year just with all the extra stuff. So I feel pretty good and I'm definitely excited for that.»
He said.
Blackhawks fans and Connor Bedard can't wait for this year to be over already, hoping for a fresh start in the 2025-26 season.
