The Chicago Blackhawks' dreadful season has gotten worse after a recent revelation, and it falls back on head coach Anders Sorensen who has assembled his lines which appear to be picked from names out of a hat on a nightly basis.

Sorensen has assembled one of the worst lines offensively, and that isn't the only issue in Chicago.
Connor Bedard has witnessed over 50-line combinations this season, each game new partners are assigned to the former first overall pick.
Going back to the worst line in the organization and one of the worst in the entire NHL, is Teuvo Teravainen, Jason Dickinson and Ilya Mikheyev.
They have the fourth fewest goals scored per 60 minute intervals, throughout all lines in the NHL that have played together at least 150 minutes this season.
The only three worse lines in 2024-25 are Alex Iafallo, Rasmus Kupari, and Morgan Barron (205 minutes) with 0.88 goals for per 60 minutes, Andrew Mangiapane, Nic Dowd, and Brandon Duhaime (153 minutes) with 0.78, and Joel Kiviranta, Parker Kelly, and Logan O'Connor (308 minutes) with 0.19. What's very odd is the Blackhawks are second last in the NHL while the other three lines are from the two top teams in the league, the Winnipeg Jets and Washington Capitals, and another strong team, the Colorado Avalanche.

This line will be split moving forward, not under Anders Sorensen's authority but due to Jason Dickinson enduring a season-ending injury earlier this month.
