A Look Back At The Hawks In NHL ‘94

If you're a total nerd like myself, you might dust off your old SNES or Genesis and play the 1993-94 edition of EA's hockey series. Many memories and inspiration to get on the ice has been taken from the landmark video game.
How do the Hawks fair? Well there one of the better teams in the game. Ed Belfour was the top rated goaltender at a 98 overall, and Jeremy Roenick unstoppable. Steve Larmer to Roenick on a one timer or a two on none breakaway was almost guaranteed a goal.
Give the original a dust off and remember better times for Chicago's hometown hockey team.

And of course no one can speak about Chicago in NHL 94 with out a short moment to remember Vince Vaughn's shout out to Roenick in the film Swingers.
