CBC has shared some sad news: Bob Cole, the beloved Hockey Night in Canada broadcaster, has passed away at 90.

For over 50 years, Bob Cole's lively voice and colorful commentary were a fixture on Saturday night hockey games.
He passed away on Wednesday night in St. John's, surrounded by his family, according to his daughter Megan, as reported by CBC Sports.
As we remember Bob Cole, let's take a moment to honor some of his greatest calls in hockey history. You can watch a historic call from his time covering the Blackhawks below.
Vintage Hawks on X said, "Will be working on a video with all of Cole's best #Blackhawks calls through the years."
