The Chicago Blackhawks have made some additions and subtractions to their lineup ahead of Saturday's home opener against the Montreal Canadiens.
Led by newly appointed head coach Jeff Blashill, the Blackhawks' season start has been prominent, but it may not be shown on the scoreboard.
Falling 2-3 to the defending Stanley Cup Champions and a 3-4 overtime loss to the Boston Bruins is not an ideal start, but the play from the young Blackhawks team has been far better than what their record of 0-2-0 on the season shows.
The Blackhawks are not in need of making any lineup tweaks, but are forced to due to injuries suffered early on.

Artyom Levshunov, who has been under scrunity this season due to poor play, has been
healthy scratched.
"Artyom Levshunov appears to be a scratch today. He's still on the ice long after the morning skate wrapped up."
