Blackhawks' Anders Sorensen Angers Fans In Response To Connor Bedard's Cold-Streak
After Blackhawks sensation Connor Bedard reached the 100-point milestone in just 112 games, a lot of hype was surrounded by the former first overall pick.
Fans and analyst deemed Bedard to be 'generational talent', but it appears those remarks were over-exaggerated as Chicago sits in the basement of the NHL's Central division, and Bedard doesn't look like he can pull them upstairs himself.
Blackhawks beat writer Ben Pope put Bedard's cold streak into perspective, and it's a tad concerning.
«The Blackhawks have scored 16 goals the last 3 games yet Connor Bedard has 0 points, which is wild,» - Pope posted on social media
Head coach Anders Sorensen, who does not seem to be holding players accountable for poor play, sees zero issue with Bedard not tallying a point out of the Blackhawks' last 16-goals scored.
Fans quickly disagreed with Sorensen's comments on Bedard's cold streak, many believe he is not NHL head coach quality, and he really isn't.
Bedard's lackluster of linemates this NHL season
Bedard has witnessed 36 different line combinations this season, yes - you read that right. He has had 36 different linemates.
With Bedard's unstable linemates on a nightly basis and a head coach who holds none of his youth accountable, the future of Chicago continues to develop without any form of discipline for their actions, and it's likely that we see a head coaching change this summer.
