Promising NHL Prospect Cameron Allen Charged and Arrested Due to Impaired Driving
Cameron Allen, a promising NHL prospect, is now facing legal trouble after being arrested and charged in connection with a vehicle crash in south London.
Police officers responded to a 911 call reporting an unoccupied and running vehicle that appeared to have crashed.
When police responded to the scene around 3:20 a.m, the officer's stated they found blood on the driver's side door that travelled and lead away from the vehicle and claimed the driver must of fled from the incident.
The 20-year-old, Cameron Allen, was later located at a nearby address and arrested accordingly. He faces multiple charges including; impaired driving, failing to remain at the scene, and failing to report an accident.

All but one passenger remained fine. One individual was left sustaining minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.
Allen has been released from custody and is set to appear in court on March 6.
Despite his success, in 2022-23 his draft stock fell after an underwhelming season, leading to his selection in fifth round.
After a trade to London in December, Allen appeared to be rediscovered, tallying four goals and 12 assists in 18 games. His offensive and two-way play had him on track for a strong finish with the
London Knights.
However, Allen's future is uncertain. While the Washington Capitals and London Knights have yet to comment on the incident that has endured, questions raise about his next steps.
