And I'm going to have to address that.» When asked about the lack of result from the 5-on-3, «They just stood there and were stickhandling and looking at each other. They didn't create anything. They just kind of stood there, instead of getting a little movement going.»

Honestly, what else can you say after a 6th consecutive loss, and a 2nd consecutive loss to a bottom tiered team? Shots were in favor of the Kraken, 31 to 29, and keep in mind, that's with the Hawks' FOUR Power Plays, including 1:56 of 5-on-3.

Four Power Plays, and they had 2 SOG less than their opponents. Seattle only had 1 PP so I guess kudos to Chicago for that, at least. The players seem to be bothered by these poor performances (Lord knows their coach, fans, and writers are), but they just can't seem to do anything to change it.

They have 11 games left - 6 home, 5 away. They have 2 days until their next one (versus Dallas), and then it's a game every other day until the 29th. Here's hoping for something magical in the next two days. Because by now, I don't think any of us are looking for a miraculous winning streak to suddenly appear. We just want our boys to have fun, again, and give us a good game, win or lose.
