Chicago Blackhawks confirm the horrible fate general manager Stan Bowman
Blackhawks issue statement regarding 2024 NHL playoffs
Of course, the Chicago Blackhawks have their rich history of players who have gone through their organization.
However, the AHL teams have their history, too. Chicago's affiliate, the Rockford Icehogs, get the first licks at what could be a fantastic career.
Well, Rockford put out a tweet saying good luck to
Sam Carrick, who is on the Edmonton Oilers, and
Gustav Forsling, who is on the Florida Panthers, wishing them good luck in the Stanley Cup Finals.
Having one player on each team is certainly something.
Forsling ended up being the best out of the two, being one of, if not the best, defensemen on the Panthers.
They throw him out there against
Connor McDavid every time and he locks him up.
If only Stan Bowman had not traded him, the d-core the Blackhawks could've had in the future would've been beautiful.
