With 26 assists in 49 games played during the 2023-2024 NHL regular season, Connor Bedard has established himself as one of the players to watch.
We all knew the rookie would live up to his claims since he has broken all sorts of team records throughout the season.
Also, Bedard is in the lead for the Calder Trophy this year, with 17 goals and 26 assists for 43 points.
This season, he is the first Blackhawks rookie to post 25+ assists since Artemi Panarin in 2015-2016.
That season, Panarin would finish with 47 assists in 80 games.
Bedard has continually found himself in good company, as he plays to the best of his abilities while letting his competitiveness define his play this season.
Bedard as long as he continues the path he is on, will be a great NHLer once fully developed.
