This year is odd for the Chicago Blackhawks, for the first time since 2004, they won't have anyone at the NHL All-Star Game.
Here's the deal: Connor Bedard was supposed to be the Blackhawks' guy, but he can't make it because of a broken jaw. Because of that, the NHL withdrew the Blackhawks rights to send a representative to the All-Star Game.
So, it's not just Bedard who's affected, but also other players like Jason Dickinson, who many believe should've had a shot. Now, the Blackhawks stand alone as the only team in the NHL without a player at the All-Star Game this year.
