Chicago Blackhawks Seth Jones officially announced as captain

The Chicago Blackhawks have a star-studded lineup in international play this year, as Seth Jones will be a key piece for Team USA.
With the IIHF World Championships starting soon, lineups are being solidified and leadership is being named.
One of those leaders for Team USA this year will be Blackhawks defenseman, Seth Jones.
Jones will wear the "A" for Alternate Captain for Team USA, joining his former Columbus Blue Jackets teammate and defensive partner, Zach Werenski during the 2024 IIHF tournament.
Werenski, along with Jones will serve as Alternate leadership under
Brady Tkachuk of the Ottawa Senators. The New York Islanders,
Brock Nelson is also a part of the leadership core.
Jones has said hockey teams need an "A-Hole" in the locker room, will he be the "A-Hole" in Team USA's locker room after a sour season in the Windy City?
Jones's 2023-2024 NHL season ended, with 31 points( 8 G, 23 A) in 67 games this year.
