"The Chicago Blackhawks and general manager Stan Bowman announced a roster move on Friday. Bowman is hoping for some more European luck as he signed another Euro free agent. The Blackhawks have signed winger Matej Chalupa from the Czech Republic. The 21 year old registered seven goals and 17 assists with Hradec Kralove of the Czech league last season. Standing at 6'2 and 194lbs, Chalupa was widely considered one of the best young players in the Czech league last year.
The Blackhawks are adding a forward from the Czech Republic, the latest on Ian Mitchell, why Marian Hossa became a Michael Jordan fan and much more in the latest Powers Points. https://t.co/xi1rRXESML — Scott Powers (@ByScottPowers) May 29, 2020
