During the NHL regular season, Taylor Hall has only played in nine games for the Chicago Blackhawks.

A collision on the boards between he and Lightning winger Mike Eyssimont in the Tampa Bay Lightning game resulted in his injury.

During an interview with a Chicago Sun-Times reporter, Hall admitted that his year in Chicago has been extremely weird so far.

Following a hit from former teammate Brandon Carlo, he sustained a shoulder injury which forced him to miss four games earlier in the season.

It's Hall's desire to get going after the Nashville game and become better by playing more games, where as time goes on, he feels he'll become better.

Taylor Hall: "It's been a weird start to my year with being out for games three separate times, but [I'm] just working through some things and trying to get better as the nights go on. Trying to find a way to show what kind of player I am. Once I get playing a few games in a row, I think I'll be OK."

Hall is desperately needed on ice for the Chicago Blackhawks' future success, so we hope this is the case.

He played the second line alongside Taylor Raddysh, centered by Lukas Reichel tonight against the Nashville Predators.
