The Controversial Hit
Daemon Hunt, a defenseman for the Wild, was in pursuit of the puck behind his net when Tanner Kero of the Avalanche approached, leading to an unsettling collision that involved Kero's elbow.
Hunt went down and remained on the ice while medical staff attended to him. When he eventually got back on his feet, the aftermath was apparent - Hunt was left bloodied and disoriented.
Suspension on the Horizon
