Dylan Strome Continues to Add Sault to The Wound of Blackhawks Fans

Former Blackhawks forward Dylan Strome reached a new career high in points during his recent game with the Washington Capitals today, putting up a total of 57 points for the season. Strome's last best season was in 2018-19 while playing alongside Patrick Kane, where he put up 51 points. Fast forward five years and Strome is now playing alongside Alex Ovechkin, who has helped him exceed his previous record.


Strome was traded to the Capitals in December of 2021, after spending three seasons with the Blackhawks. Since joining the Capitals, Strome has been a valuable addition to the team, providing a consistent scoring presence on the ice.
