As the Blackhawks continue to endure injury and sickness on their bench, Chicago continues to dive deeper into the IceHogs' roster. It was announced this afternoon that forward Luke Philp and defenseman Filip Roos got called up from Rockford, and defenseman Isaak Phillips was reassigned to the IceHogs. It was also confirmed that forward Tyler Johnson has been placed on injured reserve (left ankle), as he left last night's game and was seen with a boot on his leg.

Philp has 30 points (14G,16A) in 31 games with the IceHogs. He'll likely be making his NHL debut against the Vancouver Canucks tomorrow night. Roos has seven points (3G, 4A) in 17 games with Rockford, and three points (1G, 2A) in 15 games with Chicago this season.

Phillips earned four points (1G, 3A) in 11 games with the Blackhawks this season, and he has 17 points (3G, 14A) in 25 games with Rockford. Head coach Luke Richardson said Johnson's left ankle injury was reaggravated after last night's loss. There's no timeline for Johnson's recovery, but Richardson thinks he'll return sooner than he did previously.
