The news outlet, Aftonbladet released the following information, and it was then translated to English:

False and complete lies are flying around the internet that I committed a crime in the Moscow region in some restaurant. Do not believe unconfirmed information. I am at the training camp in Sochi for the third day. The investigation will sort everything out.

Ivanyuhenkov was an un-drafted when the San Jose Sharks organization gave him a shot in the 2019-20 season, where he would leave North American before the year even ended.

In 2020, Ivanyuzhenkov also killed a cyclist in Russia as well. More information was revealed that Artem's father is the Deputy Speak of Russian Parliament, and also the Minister of Sports from 2006-2021, which may have something to do with these situations getting swept under the rug..
