Some more troubling news regarding Hall of Fame goalie Ed Belfour. Belfour was arrested this week in Kentucky on mischief and intoxication charges. The 54 year old was "manifestly under the influence of alcohol to a point he was a danger to himself and others."It's quite the crazy story as Belfour was found "clutching a curtain rod that had been ripped out of the dry wall above a window next to him. The subject was kicking the spa door while he was laying on the ground." at the Kentucky Grand Hotel and Spa. As police tried to arrest Belfour, he became non compliant with the officers. It's not the first time Belfour has been arrested for alcohol related incidents as he also had trouble with the law in 2000 and 2007. The 2000 incident famously involved Belfour offering the police $1billion to not take him to jail. More details to come.
