"The Chicago Blackhawks and general manager Stan Bowman made another roster move on Wednesday. After dipping into the NCAA free agent market yesterday and signing Boston College forward Mike Hardman, Bowman has handed out a contract in the Hawks system. Bowman inked defenseman Isaak Philips to a three year entry level contract on Wednesday. The deal carries an $856k AAV after registering 6 points in 14 games so far this season in Rockford. The contract becomes official next year for the 19 year old blueliner who was the team's 5th round pick at the 2020 draft.
