Marian Hossa shares an emotional goodbye and photograph
On August 18th, 2023, the Marian Hossa goodbye game was played, and many former Blackhawks also took part in the event.
Taking part in such a game was a memorable experience for all involved, with a number of teammates traveling to Hossa's native Slovakia for the charity event.
Lots of great memories with these guys. It was fun to be with you again. 🏒💪
Among the most memorable goals of the season was Hossa's which reminded us what a brilliant player he was during his career, as well as the legendary Bondra to Toews, Michigan that made the headlines.
Following the game, Hossa posted a picture of himself and Toews on Instagram along with Keith, noting how many good memories the players have shared throughout the years.
There is no doubt that the game was an emotional event and we are grateful for all that Hossa gave to the city of Chicago as a whole.
