As a result of his arrival in Chicago, Connor Bedard has been the focus of all major NHL media for the past two weeks.
As the first overall pick in the 2023 NHL Draft, he had an impressive preseason posting 5 points in 3 games. As a result, he has been able to accumulate points, but not with the ease he had expected, as he has had to adjust his game.

The fan was denied an autograph as Bedard jokingly said:
I'm sorry I can't do a Habs jersey.
The Habs are bad enough as is, so why should Bedard add his name to that garbage?
