It has been a few days since Connor Bedard and the Chicago Blackhawks were dismantled 8-1 by the Arizona Coyotes at Mullett Arena. Bedard was the only Blackhawk to score, and after several fights and heightened tempers, the Blackhawks moved on.
The Coyotes possess several players who could improve the Blackhawks as a whole rapidly, including Clayton Keller, Logan Cooley, Sean Durzi, Connor Geekie, and a dozen or so high draft picks in the coming years if they were to acquire Bedard.
Bedard's former coach, Andre Tourigny, had high praise for his former player when he spoke before the game.
So, I pose the question: If you were handed the GM job of the Hawks, would you consider trading Connor Bedard to the Arizona Coyotes in exchange for a package of players, prospects and draft picks?
